Verification email no longer exists

I understand that you have changed your email on your Microsoft account, but your son's account is still linked to your old email, which no longer exists. To recover your account, you'll need to verify your identity and provide some information about your account history. Follow these steps:



1. Go to https://account.live.com/acsr and enter the email address, phone number, or username of the account you are trying to access.

2. Please enter an email address that we can use to contact you about your request.

3. Enter the characters you see on the screen to prove that you are not a robot and select Next.

4. A screen will appear asking you to verify the contact email address. Check for a message from us in the email with the security code, enter that code, and select Verify.

5. Fill in as much information as you can, even if you're not sure. See Tips for filling out the recovery form below.

6. Select Send when you're done and we'll respond within 24 hours.

They say that my email address I was using is not valid so I predict that it's been deleted and I can't join my account plus I added gold membership of a year just 3 days ago so please if anybody knows how to add another email to that account please do

if you don't have a long history connected to it, i would. you could always simply call into the Xbox Support and WLID team but that may or may not result in the issue being fixed. i had the exact same issue with you and mine got resolved but it took quite
a while.

i'd suggest starting over with an email address you know won't disappear .. it hurts to lose any progress but the headache and frustration you'll save in the long run will be worth it.
