When all security info is removed from a Microsoft account, the account is put into a restricted state for 30-days.

While we understand this 30-day period might be frustrating, this is done to protect and alert you in case the security info was removed by someone who had unauthorized access to your account.

We'll send notifications during the 30-days to the original security info, which could be a phone number or email address. These notifications are sent to alert you that changes were made to your security info.

What you can do during the 30-day pending period

• Access most Microsoft services such as signing in to Xbox, Skype, Outlook.com, OneDrive, etc.
  
• View order history
  
• Make a purchase from the Microsoft Store
  
• Manage a subscription
  
• Update your billing or mailing address

Yes, if you reach 100% then it means the data has been installed to your drive and the disc is only needed for verification.

Go to options and upload the data, that gives you the verification code. Then go to .net, create an account and link oyur xbox with that code. That should do it.

The disc is needed for verification that you still own it.

The reason for instalation is the data transfer from a bluray disc is too slow for the console to play the game.

What do you mean it doesnt work

If you are failing in verification you MUST USE DATA that only you should.know there is no other method
