Discus and support verification code issue in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I tried to add a phone number to my account.     verification code issue


    I tried to add a phone number to my account. I got the verification code in a text message, but the system didn't accept it.
    I tried many times, hoping for better, but the phone number was blocked eventually. I received this error message: "Try another verification method. That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method." Any ideas?

    8015d002 error

    I got that same error code, but I went into my account and turned the double verification off and the issues was solved.

    Double verification can be found in the Security Info.

    Hmm, your financial entity should be able to block and possibly refund charges.
