    Venom Gen 2 Twin Docking Station - Not dispatched


    I recently purchased the Venom gen 2 twin docking Station for xbox series x/s. It was estimated to arrive over 1 week ago, however, it has still not been dispatched and every few days I have a PayPal notification informing me i have authorised payment to microsoft. I'm assuming the item is not in stock anymore although it was when I placed the order but now I have no way of contacting Microsoft to find out what's going on with the order. They have sent no further communications, this item is in stock at other retailers so I'd rather just purchase else where and save the hassle!

    How do I contact Microsoft about an order? The website is a minefield for help and support.

    The cable would plug into one of the USB ports on the console. It does not use a wall outlet.

    Hi. Thankyou for yoyr reply. I meant through a usb mains plug adaptor. My sons usb port in his xbox is broken. Im not sure if it can take the output from the mains. Im worried it might blow up or something lol.

    Venom rechargeable battery pack for me with a twin charging station so I always have a charged pack :D
