    VC points dilemma


    I bought the black mamba 2k24 and when I downloaded it downloaded the Xbox one version so when I downloaded the Xbox series version it had me uninstall the Xbox one version because I had no space for the Xbox series version so once I got into the series version my player that I spent the 100k VC coins on was not on the series version and I uninstalled the Xbox one version is there a way to give me the 100k on my Xbox series version ?

    Microsoft Points Dilemma

    In the future you can check the date and how many points are set to expire ON said date by logging into account.microsoft.com. It'll tell you how many points will expire within a 30 day period.

    Unfortunately Ambassadors don't have the capability to restore points.
