    My son purchased 2 cards for VC for this game but they were for the XBox version and he currently only has it on the PS5 is there anyway to receive a refund? Can the VC be used for a different game or toward annual membership?

    If I'm not mistaken, NBA 2k24 VC coins cannot be used in another game nor can they be used for anything else. However, if you want to confirm this, I recommend that you contact 2K Games Support (the developers of the game).

    So i see the 35,000 VC available, but not seeing the 10,000 VC for pre-order , purchased VC or the MyTEAM packs.

    2k just wants you to purchacing them using VC. You get 150 VC for just playing NBA Blacktop and 10 VC for winning. just make sure you exit out to the main menu (not the nba blacktop menu) b4 playing again or you wont get any VC or in some cases only 10
