    vbucks purchased from the microsoft store not showing up in my fortnite pc account


    Hi, I purchased vbucks from the Microsoft store and see it in my purchase history, but when I launch fortnite with the same connected account on my PC, I don't see the 1000 vbucks I just bought. It's been over 12 hours or so. Epic says there's no problem on their end and to contact Microsoft. Wondering what to do next. Thanks

    Bought V-buck from the Microsoft store, but did not receive anything.

    In need of assistance, I bought V-bucks, and still did not receive anything. I bought the V-bucks via the online Microsoft store on my account that is linked with my epic games account, I'm using a PC to play Fortnite(I DON'T HAVE A XBOX). how can I resolve the problem?
    As far as i am aware if you are using a PC to play fortnite then you needed to purchase the vbucks from the epic games store and not the Microsoft store.

    Vbucks purchased from the Microsoft store would only be good for fornite on Xbox. Someone can correct me if im wrong about this.

    you purchased vbucks via epic on pc, then you need to load fortnite on pc to add them, to get vbucks on xbox you have to purchase via microsoft store or in game on xbox

    For anyone else wondering, after waiting more than 24hrs and contacting Epic support with little help, I just requested a

    refund from the Microsoft store.

    I can’t find a clear answer on if the vbucks purchased through the Microsoft store will show up on PC or not (I think it might just be only for Xbox or there was a bug in my case). On some forums, they say it’s not supported and only shows up for Xbox while others say it would show up on the PC version. For me, it did not and I got a refund with no questions asked.
