    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem still. Now there was certain requirements to qualify for the promotion. Last update had mentioned that these codes should have been delivered by January 9th 2019. In this case I would advise that you
    Contact Xbox Support for further assistance with this matter. You can always request a callback or request to chat with an agent.
