    Vbucks code says redeemed but not on my account


    My kid got an epic games card for his birthday. I redeemed the card and got a 25 digit code. I entered into XBOX but the vbucks never showed up. We looked on every account but nothing. I can not contact xbox because they do not allow live chats for a
    redemption issue. The code says it has been used. Am I out $25 bucks? Any advice?

    You can't redeem the Vbucks and the gold membership in different accounts, and the Vbucks will be sent 2 weeks after the transaction is complete :)
    Actually you could redeem the code for the Vbucks on any account you want. It doesn't have to be the same one you bought the gold on.

    Did you buy a Microsoft gift card or actual Vbuck gift card?

    if you purchased a vbuck gift card you need to go to this link https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/vbuckscard you need to login to HER account because it supplies
    a code for ONLY a specific account that here vbuck gift card was redeemed on. Please log in to HER account and redeem the code. then you have the option to select which platform. select Xbox and you will be given another code specifically for the Xbox to redeem
    on her account.
