    You can't redeem the Vbucks and the gold membership in different accounts, and the Vbucks will be sent 2 weeks after the transaction is complete :)
    Actually you could redeem the code for the Vbucks on any account you want. It doesn't have to be the same one you bought the gold on.

    How did you redeem the Vbucks? Did you buy them with a credit card or did you use a Vbucks card?

    I suggest you try redeeming the code again and check your order history again if the Vbucks aren't added, if the code you redeemed doesn't work anymore, contact Microsoft or Epic Games depending on how you paid. If you used an Xbox gift card or a credit
    card or Paypal, contact Microsoft support. If you used a Vbucks card, contact Epic.
