For the past week now I’ve had trouble with my Vbox card for 5000 Vbox I have redeemed the secondary code at microsoft.com and on my Xbox and when I put it on my Xbox it said this code has been redeemed but still when I go to my Fortnite account the Vbox have not popped up. i’m getting frustrated and do not know what to do.

Using XCM VBox2 to computer, cannot get good resolution

Unlicensed by Microsoft. Microsoft support could help you with officially licensed products. Vbox does not go to Microsoft and work together to produce an officially licensed product. They just made something on their own. That is what is meant by unlicensed.
Microsoft has nothing to do with this and has no way of helping. Have you reached out to the manufacturer of the Vbox? They should be able to offer you help.

Microsoft store does not show my purchase of Forza Horizons 4 Ultimate Edition for me to download

This disturbs me, because I specifically asked them at Gamestop if I'd be able to play both the VBox version and the PC version, and they said yes. I guess I'll be going to them and seeing if there's anything they can do.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Account Hacked?

Hi Fujo, thank you for your reply, great advice. What's interesting, is only this morning the person who we think made the purchases was asking my son why we blocked the card...not quite sure what to make of it. My son was using the card to Purchase Vbox??
sorry I don't understand any of it.

I will check order history definitely and see if he made the purchases. I'm not worried about trying to get the money back but before I give him the new card number I wanted some control over it.

    Kind Regards,
