    Vanishing add on.


    When i bought the console for my daughter it came with a minecraft creator add on. The add on has vanished over night and is no longer part of the game. Anyway of getting this back? As techincally i did purchase it and never saw an expiry when redeeming
    it.

    Hi there,

    can you double check the purchase on the account that purchased it via
    http://account.microsoft.com

    it should show at the transactions.

    If it shows be sure to check the Ready to Install section via My Games and Apps, highlighting Minecraft and use the menu button (three lines button) and select Manage game. That should show what is installed and what still can be installed.

    Be sure to check this via the account that was used to purchase the content to see if it is installed or available for install.

    If you know the exact name of the creator add-on (maybe from the Xbox One box), you can also try searching for it in the Store by looking up the exact name. I'm curious if you look for it in the Store, if it would recognize that it was freely assigned
    to your Xbox One and let you download it again.
