then you are failing validation normally if they are not replying then its because you have not covered enough of the account and they are awaiting more info

like i said be honest with them its a human behind that forums they have very very strict rules on validation and alot has to be met

if you completely fail you would get a msg you have not passed validation

how to stop add security

Not really they don't use it to contact you other then security validation most services require 2 validation contacts

Cell phone , trusted PC , landline and backup email

I suggest you read the privacy statement at outlook.com
