    Valhalla crashing


    I have played about 20 hours but now the game keeps crashing on the load screen.

    Have uninstalled the game, hard reset the console, disconnected and reconnected everything. Any other ideas please?

    Playing on x box one.

    we have logged in with a new game tag, removed and readded the old one and same issue. Very occasionally we get past the load screen but it doesn't last long before crashing out.

    Have Uninstalled Ac Valhalla and cleared all saved data for it as well and my games are still crashing.

    Now if I bought the assassin’s creed Valhalla Deluxe Edition from the play store when it was on sale and they come with three DLC’s and I also have the season pass which has the same one would that be a conflict of interest and would that make it crash on me and yes it is still crashing

    It seems to only be an issue with the one game . I've tried the factory reset with. No change in results. I've also tried switching profiles. I've tried all of the above with no results is there anything else I can do? Thank you for the reply

    I have the same issue as this poster more or less. I've done everything including having my series x professionally cleaned, tested and formatted. Valhalla still will crash at any random point in the game, beyond frustrating.

    I'm also confused that you recommend no use of surge protector when they can save a console from being bricked during lightning, etc.

    Hi Jesse!

    Does the issue only happen to that particular game? How about your other games?

    To confirm, you mentioned you already reset your console, was it factory reset (keep games & apps)?

    To further isolate the issue, try to play the game using a different Xbox profile. Please also try to connect your console to a different network connection if the issue may be related to your network.

    For your console power, be sure to directly plug it in to the wall outlet. Don't use any surge protector.
