Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to use certain features in Minecraft, due to your account settings.

This is likely due to your
Xbox Live privacy and online settings not being configured properly.

You would first have to configure these settings on your Microsoft account in order for you to be able use Realms on your account.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. Go to Xbox.com and sign in to your account (this must be an adult account).
2. Select your gamertag.
3. Select Xbox settings. If you don't see this option, select
   More links and then select Xbox settings.
4. Select Privacy & online safety.
5. Select either the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab or the Privacy
   tab. Review the current settings and update any that you want to change.
6. Select Save before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't save the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved.

If you configure these to Adult defaults, you shouldn't run into any further problems on your account to use this Realm feature.

Когда я хочу зайти на сервер в Minecraft PE мне вылетает окно на котором написано что из-за настроек учётной записи Microsoft я не могу играть на серверах. Я не понимаю какие настройки именно мне надо настроить! ПОМОГИТЕ ПОЖАЛУЙСТА!!!

.... если будешь звонить в тех поддержку. ни в коем случае не сбрасывай до заводских настроек.
Ты не сможешь даже играть в автономном режиме.
Мне в тех поддержки посоветовали сбросить .теперь даже офлайн не поиграешь .

Привет! те кто из Украины, я с мужем в частности из Днепра.

Написали пару гневных писем не только на MC, но и GAMELOFT (играем в 9 Асфальт). В ответе обещали посодействовать в решении проблемы.
