Ben Altuntaş Microsoft hesabımı açtım ama sonrasında uygulama indiremedim. Hata kodu veriyor c101a006. Bu hata kodu nasıl düzeltilir konusu altında olan herşeye baktım yaptım ama olmuyor neden oluyor yani neden bu hata kodunu veriyor? Lütfen yardım
edin. Telefonum 600 serisi ve 8.1.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We'd be happy to help but don't quite understand the issue.

Is this issue about downloading an app from the Windows Store on a Windows mobile phone? The error code you posted does not look like an Xbox Live error code, so I'm just trying to understand how this falls under Xbox scope of support.

Please gives us more information about the device you are using and what app you are trying to install so we know where to best direct your question.
