    Uverse Local HD Channels incorrect - Knoxville, TN


    The HD channel line up for local channels on AT&T Uverse (Knoxville, TN) is totally wrong. They show up correct in SD but the channel number are not correct at all in HD. Looking at some of the information in the guide it looks like it is display HD channels
    for New York City.

    OneGuide pulls incorrect channel lineup for TDS in ZIP code 37934

    I go through the OneGuide setup process, enter my ZIP code (37934, Farragut/Concord near Knoxville, TN), and choose TDS as my cable provider. However, OneGuide actually pulls the lineup from TDS Mount Juliet (37122, near Nashville, TN). While several channels
    do correspond, most of my local channels are way off. I've reported this multiple times through the Issue Reporter. Any ETA on a fix?

    The One Guide for AT&T U-verse in Knoxville, TN shows the TV listings for New York.

    I'm having the same problem on ComCast with the X1 Guide and I'm in Knoxville,TN as well

    Can't believe no one else has commented with any help on this =/

    Xbox One Won't find Non-HD Channels

    I have looked at that and even with SD/HD Channels highlighted it still goes straight to the HD Channels. One time when I said 'Xbox watch ESPN' it went to the regular ESPN channel.

    But anything like Watch USA, or Discovery Channel, even NBC or ABC...just goes straight to the 1000s (HD Channels on AT&T Uverse)

    I have the exact same problem. In Memphis with uverse and xbox one, hd channels completely off. Can't even use the guide for my most watched channels. Microsoft, please fix!

    TDS Service Provider in Zip 37934

    it is not perfect, as the ABC, NBC etc. channels shows the abbreviations of the local channels in Madison(WKOW, WISC), but it appears to know how to watch the networks by using ABC, ESPN, CBS. So until Mount Juliet TN guide is updated, this will work.

    Uverse SD shows on DVR glitching

    I'm having the same problems others have mentioned with SD channels on Uverse. My Uverse set top box goes into my XBox One then to my Denon AVR-1909 and finally to my Samsung PN64F8500, all via HDMI. HD channels, Bluray and Netflix all work fine. When I
    try switching to a SD channel it freezes and there's no audio. Anybody had any luck with a similar setup?
