    Hi,

    my utube app has stopped working ! keep getting " sorry utube isnt available right now. please try again later"

    have deleted app then reinstalled but still get the same message!! anybody know why??

    Gamertag Recovery Problems

    Thanks meanmachine - when I was performing an account recovery it was getting 90% done on the first bar and then getting the message "Xbox LIVE sign-up is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

    After clearing the cache the account recovery worked first time.

    Downloading My Profile

    My Xbox console is not letting me download my profile. It suggested that I delete and and download it again but that didn't work. And know every time I try to download my profile it will get about an8th of the way there and then an error message will pop
    up and say that i can download any Xbox live profiles. Please try again later. And im tried of trying.

    Hello CIDkidzPILLZ,

    I am unable to try the two step log in, as it wont let me log in to set it up, and I have also tried the Xbox One method, your suggestions are greatly appreciated though.

    Hi Mike,

    Just thought I would update you.

    I received my latest call today with an update and they said they have found a bug and I should now be able to login again. However I tried and still get the exact same issue. To which I got the response take a screenshot of the error and send it over. I
    said what is the point as it is exactly the same as the previous screenshot I sent over. Then was told once I uploaded it higher support will look into it again. Previously I had been told each time I spoke with someone I would get an update within 72 but
    this time the wait time for an update has been changed to 4 days. So not only do i still not have access to my account they have also extended the time until I get an update.

    I am beyond disappointed with Microsoft and plan to get a new email with a new provider and when I finally do get my access back I will move everything away from Microsoft. I have never owned an Apple device but I think I will be updating my Dell to a Mac.

    Rant over and hope you have had more luck than me.
