Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to answer that.

Unfortunately it is impossible to remove a gamertag/Xbox Live profile from a Microsoft Account. Each gamertag is tied to one Microsoft account, each with their own login credentials. If you have an account that you used on your Xbox 360 before upgrading
to the Xbox One, all you need to do to play with that account on the Xbox One is to download that account onto the console, here's how:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select
   Add new.
3. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select
   Enter.
   
   Important Make sure that you do not select
   Get a new account, unless that’s what you want to do. If you select this, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account.
   
   If you’ve forgotten which email address is associated with your Microsoft account, see the
   
   Lost Account Solution.
4. Enter the password for your Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select
   Enter.
5. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select
   I Accept.
6. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox One console.

Hi,

Sorry, you will not be able to access that game since it's associated with another account. Games for Windows LIVE games will not allow you to play games that you do not know the gamertag information for.

You will need to find out the e-mail and password associated with the old account in order to play the game. There is no way to associate your gamertag with the old game.

If you know the gamertag then you can contact phone support to find out the e-mail associated with the account and once you have that, you can reset the password.
