    unfortunetely not, you can use the xbox one kinect (with the adaptor) or a web cam.

    What are your thoughts on the Kinect? Is anyone else sad to see it go?

    See the 360 kinect for me was just a gimmick, just a glorified web cam. Felt sluggish and unresponsive so hardly used it. The xbox one kinect on the other hand seems like something I would enjoy. I loved that it was intergrated in alot of the earlier games
    that added little extras on them. I want to stream more and think it wouldnt be a bad face cam.

    After full shutdown Xbox One X does not recognize Kinect.

    You're miss informed. Xbox One X and Xbox One S are still compatible with Kinect through an adapter.

    That's why people buy a PVR, a highly popular place for sharing videos is on Youtube. I have the Hauppauge HD PVR2 which uses HDMI connection to my Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 console. I know what it's like I've seen many clips and theres no game music no chatter
    no commentary and less than a minute clips. There is one thing that it does well and it's face cam with the Kinect.
