Using the MS Solitaire collection app on my phone

I am a premium user and I have the solitaire app on my iPhone 6. The phone app synchs with my computer but I get annoying adds between games on the app. How can I stop getting the ads?

Hello,

I have the MS Solitaire Collection downloaded on my laptop and my i-phone. I can access all the areas on my laptop, but my phone cannot access the Star Club or the Solitaire World Tours . Why is that and can it be fixed? Thank you, Catlover

 

Can't sign in 0xbba error code

I can't sign into MS Jigsaw or MS Mahjong. I am signed into Solitaire Collection and xbox.com. However, I keep getting error that it can't sign me in. I have spent way too much time on support chat or phone with no resolution. I don't seem to be the
only one having this problem. Tech support could tell me it wasn't my computer (SurfacePro4), or my MS account. It's the app.

 

Hey there CyclonicRope14,

If you purchased premium on the phone version, the premium features would only stay with that version and you'd need to purchase premium again on the PC version. The premium subscription will only stay with the version it was purchased on.
