    Hi,

    i downloaded two texture packs and would like to use them on a friends map (we r playing together on this map).

    I cant find any setting, Im still using the original tp.

    is it possible to use the downloaded texture pack on an online game?

    Minecraft Realms Texture Pack Issue

    I am making a Fallout texture pack for me and my friend to use but when I put the texture pack onto a realm I can see the texture pack fine but when I get on Xbox it doesn't let me download the pack. My friend on windows 10 where I put the texture pack on
    the realm didn't get the download as well. Any solutions?

    Texture Pack Not Working on Minecraft Realm

    Hello,

    I'm having a peculiar issue with a very specific texture pack, ChromaHills, not working when it's on the Realm; the texture pack works fine with a Local copy of the world. If you have the ChromaHills texture pack set as a requirement for your world and even
    if you have the ChromaHills texture pack set globally, when you try to join that world on Realms, the Realm reverts back to the default Minecraft texture.

    Any assistance to help resolve this would be greatly appreciated since my world is designed using the ChromaHills texture pack.

    From what you're saying it sounds like your friend is the host. It is up to him to change the texture pack. You would just need the trial version then, or vice versa.

    Yes, my friend is the host on XB1.

    If I understand it right, its not like the PC-Version (everyone can choose the texturepack on its on). The host chooses the texturepack and every player uses the choosen texturepack from the host.

    Yes, the difference being that the PC version implements dedicated servers and on Xbox the person hosting the world is the server. Although, given what is now happening at Mojang dedicated servers for the XB1 may be just around the corner.

    Hi AmirosTheKing,

    The explorer pack includes the base game and the explorer pack which consists of: Chinese Mythology Mashup, Natural Texture Pack, Biome Settlers Skin Pack, Battle and Beasts Skin Pack, and Campfire Tales Skin Pack.

    The starter pack includes the base game and 700 minecoins, mash-ups, texture packs, skin packs and the starter pack which consists of: Greek Mythology Mash-up, Plastic Texture Pack, Skin Pack 1, and Villains Skin Pack).

    And yes, Xbox Live Gold is necessary to play with friends.

    No longer receiving Xbox One Minecraft Discount

    I checked through my purchase history and it does not show the Minecraft game for some reason, i assume it may be because i add Microsoft credit to my account and use that to purchase items.

    However in my purchase history there is several Minecraft texture packages, so these should prove i have once owned the game, only a fool would buy texture packages for a game they did not own.

    I also have 40% of Achievements for the game so i obviously played for a period of time.

    I know i played the game online because when i was not connected to the internet my worlds did not appear.
