    Using PC the Xbox App, Forza Hub and Forza Horizon 4 replies "No Internet Connection" even...


    Using PC, Windows 10, updated to Mar 19, and on Clean boot state, All 3 programs, Xbox App, Forza Hub, and Forza Horizon 4 are coming up with a reply and not starting, the reply saying "not connected to the internet, connect to a network, and try again."
    no error code. I am connected though. Im using the same connection thats working to leave this reply.

    Just about 12 hours ago, all 3 programs were working fine.

    I can log in to my Microsoft account and Xbox Live accounts fine through Chrome, on the same PC that the 3 programs are installed, i can also log into them via mobile.

    I have tried resetting both apps using Windows 10 Troubleshooter.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox App, but not the other 2, and that changed nothing.

    I have triple checked all network settings for errors, all settings are normal/fine, I have updated Windows 10 to the latest version, I have all updated and working drivers on a brand new MSI built PC. can list specs if needed.

    I have also Restarted in clean boot state, and all the other methods i know.

    I have Bing searched Microsoft server outages and Xbox Live server outages, to see if its not client side, with no answers.

    I have checked Turn10 twitter and social media, as well as Microsoft support and Xbox live support, with no answers.

    I would like to just have an ANSWER for why this is occurring, then perhaps a solution please

    if reinstalling is my final option, ill do it, but id rather not waste my time further if this is a Microsoft/Xbox Live server side issue. I've been having some trouble with mobile Bing today as well, so it leads me to be quite confused on the issue.

    I have checked it, it is not my hardware and driver problem.

    This problem will only occur if the xbox app is connected to the Internet.

    This problem makes forza horizon 4 no way to play online mode.

    If there is really no way to solve it, can I refund the Forza horizon 4 Ultimate Edition?

    Thanks for trying Lester, but none of that helped. Still unable to connect to multiplayer in Forza Horizon 3 or Forza Horizon 4 on PC.

    We understand this can be frustrating since Forza Horizon 4 keeps having connection issues. Does this happen with other games as well or is it just Forza that is having connection problems?

    I dont grasp at all how Turning my Xbox on and signing is has the same affect as contacting my ISP.

    is there something that happens when I log in VIA Xbox that ATT could have triggered?

    Signing into my Xbox RESOLVED this SOMEHOW.

    Its the ONLY ACTION i have taken between my FIRST COMMENT and the REPLY i made originally.

    THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

    luckily this is only video games and nothing serious.

    but yes, this is QUITE POSSIBLY the most ignorant of communication errors on the BACKEND of the FREAKING NETWORK CODE BETWEEN XBOX and Microsoft SERVICES ON THE PC.

    take this FREAKING REALIZATION and HAND IT TO THE DEVS...

    NOT AN ACCEPTABLE ERROR, the frustration and loss of time is simply inexcusable for this EASY OF A FIX to exist and NOT BE KNOWN TO ALL XBOX LIVE/PC users, LET ALONE FOR IT TO EXIST.

    what if i didnt have an xbox? so then what i reinstall hoping it might work?!

    no, again, LET the devs know about this STUPID bug. i dont even care to play as much as not DEAL with SILLY networking errors WE USERS have no control over.

    I cant be the first case for this to have happen to, so this is not excusable at this point because the solution is probably a days worth of work.
