    I just picked up a PC recently and signed into Xbox live but I was wondering how to use party chat. I should be able to hear ppl fine but I can't get my mic to show that I'm talking although the PC has a built in mic. Do I need a separate mic or is this
    realtek one enough and if it is how do I use it?

    No switch to game chat in Xbox App?

    Hi there, using the Windows 10 Xbox app I can talk in Party chat fine however my mic doesnt work in game chat whether Im in a party or not. Is there a 'Switch to game chat' option Im unaware of?

    Xbox beta chat broken????

    Ive noticed when using the beta party chat on windows 10 is broken. people can not connect or gets disconnected when someone using it in the party so the date is 10/3/2016 any updates after that might fix it

    Party chat

    Hello Ported,

    No, you do not need to be streaming in order to use party chat. You can use party chat directly from the Windows 10 app.

    As regards Minecraft, unfortunately there the answer is no. You cannot at this time connect to people on Minecraft Xbox One from the Windows 10 version.

    Thanks for posting. While streaming your Xbox One to your Windows 10 PC, it is by design that Xbox Live parties are prioritized on Windows 10 at that point.

    However, if you own a Micro USB cable or the Xbox One Wireless Controller Adapter for your Windows 10 PC, you can use the Xbox One Chat Headset on Windows 10 for Xbox Live Parties. Check out our
