If your G920 Driving Force Racing Wheel does not respond properly upon first connection to your Xbox One console, please follow these steps:

1. Disconnect the G920's USB cable from the Xbox One.
2. Press and hold the following three buttons simultaneously:
   • LSB button
   • View button
   • Xbox button

1. While continuing to hold the three buttons, connect the G920's USB cable to the Xbox One.
2. Release all three buttons when the G920 wheel begins calibration.
3. Test the Directional pad (D-pad) on your G920 in the Xbox One home screen to navigate the menu items. This will confirm that the G920 is now responding properly.

Can you please provide a bit more information?

Did you get a Xbox One or Xbox 360? What "set of xbox devices" did you buy?

What you you mean by "installing and debugging" the machine? Did you let the console update? What exactly did you debug and how?

The Xbox Live Gold membership, is only needed for Online Multiplayer games. The games will run exactly the same with or without a Gold membership. Only if you want to play against other human players across the internet, you need a Gold membership. Other
than that, the games run all the same.

To provide further troubleshooting steps, I need to know if you are playing on a Xbox One or Xbox 360.

I'm having this same issue. Without any messaging in the app, it's been an incredibly frustrating experience trying to debug or even search for the issue.

Many different x1 dev/debug units out there without the final up clocks and OS making the games run different for different reviewers. Don't worry about any reviews until after launch and day one patch.

AFAIK, the backbone of Xbox Live goes in tandem with how everything operates with One games. There shouldn't be any need to shut down the servers - unless the publisher was using a third party service, like Gamespy - which isn't the case with XBL.
