Using footage from Microsoft Flight Simulator

I have seen many videos in which it is not explicitly indicated which simulator is used.
Therefore, I would only recommend pointing out what simulator you use, in the description of your video, in order to avoid problems.
In any case, it is always better to recognize the content of the video, if you are not an owner.

You can use game content comercially, you would just need a licence and of course, go by the rules and not make any money from using the content.

Where someone is trying to use Game Content to promote their commercial venture (even just a commercial website), they need our permission to do this. That is not allowed today unless that person has a commercial license from us, and so far, we haven't
given anyone permission to do this. We'll let you know if we do.

There's still a way to do some of these things we've excluded, but you have to contact us for a commercial license. If you're interested in doing that, send a mail to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

Regardless, I’d still recommend contacting microsoft for clarification and see if there’s anything you can do. Hopefully you’re able to get a commercial licence.
