  1. Using an external hardrive to bring games with me

Is it possible for me to bring an external hardrive I'm using with one Xbox that has games on it, and plug it into a different Xbox and play those games? As long as my account is signed in, it should work, right?

    :)

    DVR Question

I reside in the UK and haven't used a DVR system before.
In the announcements they said that you'd need an external hardrive in order to use it.
My question is if you already use an external hardrive for storing games do you need another one specifically for downloading TV?

    So just to be sure.

I can use any external hardrive with the Xbox One. As in if I went and got like a 2TB external hardrive I can use that for my digital game downloads.

    Question

You should be able to use an external usb hardrive as well as the games you already have installed on your xbox, as long as it meets the requirements for downloading and storing games. I have a 3tb hardrive and use my xbox hardrive as well for downloading
and storing games and it works just fine, you just have to connect it to the usb port of your xbox for it to be recognized as an external device.

What does it mean when it says a game needs "faster storage" when I try to download it on my external hardrive?

Do you have any recommendations for what external hardrive I can use to run these newer games?

    Question About File Transferring....

You can use any external hardrive that you have available (USB, Laptop, hardrive memory transfer cable, etc.) so yes using your flashdrive is a viable option.
