Using a secondary account to stream games in the PC Xbox app

Hello,

I had an Xbox One before, and always bought the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with my main account, but for some games that I shared with my brother, we would use a separate account to play the games and have the progress there. It would be fine, as I set the Home Xbox with the main account, and then me and my brother we could play together.

The problem I have is that you cannot so that on the PC Xbox app, and so I cannot play with the account that has all of the progress in it.

Is there a way to sign into the Xbox app using the main account to use the cloud gaming, but then using a secondary account to play the game?

If you have a recent pc you can always install the games locally which will make he games available to everyone on that computer as long as its not an Intel gpu

Home console and gamesharei is only a console feature and dont apply to cloud as you aren't playong on a home console you are signing into an azure server

However you can always wait for the upcoming family plan no eta on that but ir will be 2x more expensive for 4 accounts

Or just simply download the games onto your PC using your gamepass account and have him sign into his own account on the xbox app after to play

Hello NicolasCardenass, unfortunately it is not possible to do this type of sharing on the PC.

Both in the Xbox App and in XCloud you can only sign in with one account at the time.

The best way I've found to share my party chat from my xbox to a stream or game recording, is having a secondary account logged in on my Xbox Companion App on my PC, and joining the party chat with that. just remember to mute its mic.
