Users Profile pictures change if reported 6 or over times

the issue is involving the Xbox Reporting system the issue with this is that when any player report other players which are innocent that had not broke any Xbox rules their profile pictures change if people report them 6 times Xbox team needs to look in
to this immediately they need to make a patch on their reporting system basically its a glitch where any player can change any users profile picture with out them knowing or breaking the rule by reporting the innocent player 6 times using the report option
called Player picture as their reason bear in mind the players people are reporting are innocent its a glitch (XBOX THIS NEED ATTENTION ASAP) btw they can change people profile pictures using this glitch using any platform/devices
including Xbox App and Xbox console companion and any users can do this to any innocent people

Make sure to provide detailed info when you report this glitch to Xbox Suggestions. It's bad enough that we live in such a divisive country that now we have to always be alert.

Enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend that if
you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them.

Being able to change profile pictures is supposed to be back on. If your picture really isn't offensive then it sounds like someone might have falsely reported you.
