Username (asks for email) isn't available.

I was try'na sign in to my mc account and I've expected it to ask for password (as it always did) but it started to talk about codes and phone number. I put those in, it said "we've sent a code to x email adress, verify it." And that is one that doesn't exist anymore. So i press to the option of "made a typo? Fix it!" and type my actual email and it says "y not available." I think huh, weird, maybe I should try mc net to sign in, it opens the last stage I was on. I somehow opened a different page at some point, that was like create a new microsoft account or sign in with a different account. And I chooes the different account one and typ in my email, it says "y is already taken" yes I know it's taken, I'm tryna sign in!

After half an hour or so, trying to sign in, i open this page, and it said "sign in to ask a question" weirdly, nothing happened and I could get in, but when I tried one last time on mc net, yet, it DIDN'T work. Please help.

For cases of LOSS OF ACCESS to accounts, the only solution is through the account recovery form which is the following: https://account.live.com/acsr

You must keep in mind that this is the only alternative or solution to recover an account, support cannot help with this type of case because they are not authorized, leaving the form as an option, if you cannot fill out the form for X or Y Reason then unfortunately the account cannot be recovered.

Please be advised that gamertag system is being managed alone by the system's algorithm. If it says that it's not allowed or not available, I am afraid we cannot use or claim those tags for some reason as it's being filtered out by the system.

I just want to confirm, if you tried to change it to a different gamertag, does it tell you that it's available except for your preferred one?

I'm sorry, that isn't exactly what I meant. I'm asking if "Username" with a space between "User" and "name," "User name," counts as the same username as "Username." It's a little confusing to me since the name I want doesn't appear to be in use, but Xbox says it's taken. "" vs "The Absol."

thank you for reply, sorry i have missed the point that now i am asked to pay again in order to play the full java edition, now i can only start with demo version. when i loggin in i found my old username is not available and i might have created a new xbox username. i am using the same email account to log in. thank you and merry xmas too!
