    My account has received a 1 day ban from xbox live. I have a neurological disorder that sometimes causes me to have loud outbursts. I think I have been banned because of this. I am sorry but my disorder affects me in this way and I didnt mean to upset
    or offend anyone. Can my account be reinstated please?

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions. With
    one day bans you will just need to ride the suspension out.



    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
