User profiles deleted after internet connection down

So, mate, that's not normal to happen, after your console lost connection to the internet it do a soft reset on itself. Because when you do a soft reset on the console, they keep your games as apps and just erase the accounts on the console. Well, what you could is to keep your accounts and passwords write it down with you just in case, and keep an eye out on the console, if this happens account, by itself, it's not normal, and in that case I advise you to trigger the warranty.

what your should do is delete the profile and clear the system cache 3 times after that shut down the Xbox and unplug it from the wall and wait 30 sec before connecting it back in after that down load your profile and it should work

Xbox profile won't connect to Xbox life. I thought it was my internet down

After a few minutes I turned it back again.And surprise surprise my profile got dissolved.Gold member.HELP HELP PLS

Well, what happens is that i have to connect back to XboxLive (Reset internet) And then delete/redownload my account again. After that, it works fine until the next time my Xbox is shut down.

check your internet connect, if that is connected, delete your profile, clear your cache 3 times, restart your console, redownload your profile, then play the game.
