There are only 2 IDs on an Xbox (far as I know):

Gamertag

Email Address

The email should be listed directly under you gamertag on the console

If you're talking about your xbox, it'll be whatever shows on your profile. I see you have this tagged as Networking though, if you happen to be talking about your router you'd be better off contacting support for the router or your ISP.

Your User ID for Microsoft services like Xbox is usually the Microsoft Account email.

Are you trying to sing-in to a microsoft account

Are you signing in to an xbox

Are you trying to sign-in to Win 10

If you use and xbox normally your user I.D is the email you use to sign-in with.
