User blocked on Halo Infinite

My 6yo son was playing multiplayer in Halo Infinite, hes trying to learn how to play so obviously he shoots himself and make that type of stuff. He played two times and then the game blocked my user so now I cant play and I lost all my progress, armors and stuff. What can I do to restore my account?

How many years your son has?
I ask this because even if you enable all the privacy settings. Some in-game content is not available until your son reach certain age
