    I uesed agold card but it did not give me the gold but i looked at the order history and it said i uesed the code

    How did they give you the Gold subscription? Is it on a card, or a code on the receipt?

    A 14 day gold trial DOES NOT make you gold. It is just a trial that gives you partial access to gold features.

    If you did purchase Gold via a credit card, it may not take effect immediatly.

    Well it says you arent gold

    Did you use a trial card if so that would be why.

    Those only give temporarily multuplayer access no games with gold or deals with gold just non ranked matches and only works on some games

    If you are on home gold that doesn't work on the website or 360 games only on the xbox one

    Trials gives you Gold membership for the amount said, but doesn't change your status as Gold because it's just a trial you are using to have that Gold membership for the said Days on the card.
