i cant tell you how upsetting it is to check every few days, for months, waiting for something to come back in stock and finally there is something i can spend my gems on, i buy it and receive the wrong code... i have almost 200 different game titles...
Any game that i want, i buy, so the games pass is useless to me. i want my 3 months of gold that i ORDERED instead, or at the very least, this games pass bs pulled off of my account and my 1000 gems that expire in a month put back into my account to rot and
wither away into nothing. ive tried emailing Microsoft support about it and I've either received copy past replies from your guys' website, or automated replies from people on vacation saying they'll look at it as soon as they're back from out of the country.

I'm not happy with this rewards program or Microsoft support at all right now, what can we do to resolve this?

MyChallanges issue

Hello,

I was trying to claim the Mychallenges challenge Golden Child for 3 consecutive months of Xbox live gold, but every time I click it, I get transferred to the Xbox store to buy 1 month of gold. DO i need to buy 3 consecutive months to get the the 20 MVP gems
from the challenge or do i just need to have gold for 3 months? Because I've had Xbox live gold for like 15 years straight so I know I more than meet the requirements to get the gems??

Xbox live gold free trial canceled if I enter code for xbox live gold?

so I'm eligible for free Xbox live gold for 1 month. I got 3 months of Xbox live gold for Christmas but my question is if I enter the code for 3 months of Xbox live gold will it cancel me being able to use free Xbox live gold trial for 1 month?

By the way, I did not use the trial yet.

You need to have xbox live gold to play with other people around the world.I prefer buying a 3 month or 12 month gold membership CODE!!!!!!
