    Please check your Rewards app transaction history if your transaction was successful or completed. You may also check it online here https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory.

    If it's not more than 24 hours yet, I would suggest that you wait for couple of hours. Don't forget to check your mailbox including your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email regarding your transaction.

    You can either just use your credit card to make the purchase or you would need to purchase a prepaid points card/gift card in a store and redeem that card in order to add cash to your Microsoft account.

    If you ordered an Xbox gift card through any retailer (Amazon in this example) and you never received your code, you would want to contact the retailer directly regarding it. Amazon should be pretty good about either getting your code or refunding the purchase
    so you can order it again.

    Sorry to hear your troubles. It looks like you've been provided with a coupon to use on the Microsoft Store website rather than an digital code for 1600 Microsoft Points to be used on Xbox. The coupon will apply a discount when you purchase 1600 Microsoft
    Points from the retailer's website. You must place an order for a 1600 Microsoft Points card and then enter the coupon code which will give you a 100% discount (therefore giving you the points card for free). If the coupon code is still not working when you
    place an order then you must contact the retailer to discuss the discount being applied to your order as they are the ones who generated the coupon. They may no longer have the 1600 Microsoft Points card in stock either, so you will have to contact the retailer
    to work out the next step for you to take advantage of this offer.

    20th. I purchased Amazon gift cards and applied it to my order so my card will not get charged.
