    Used code for Destiny 2 Forsaken Deluxe Edition and got a credit for $80 rather than the game


    I used a code for the Digital Deluxe version of the Destiny 2 Forsaken expansion and received an $80 credit instead. I searched for the game and only see the regular and more expensive legendary edition. Has anyone else had this happen to them, or am
    I missing something?

    trying to purchasr destiny 2 forsaken digital deluxe edition ingame. And getting an error. But the digital deluxe edition is not offered in the marketplace only ingame.

    I can't even put my code in. It's seems xbox live has a problem with pre-paid codes.

    that links not for the deluxe edition, only the regular - deluxe appears to have disappeared. maybe part of the issues they are having. i used a code from and order a while ago at gamestop

    when I got to this link it says the game is not currently available, and only gives me the option to redeem a code (which I already did, yielding an $85 credit that I now can't seem to spend on the game I thought I was pre-ordering)

    When a pre order like this is purchased through gamestop what they actually do is give you the amount in an xbox gift card for you to then go online and purchase the item.

    This is what happened and why it gave you the 85 dollars onto your microsoft account rather then giving you the game itself.

    So I was able to find it - only on the console store. You have to search for forsaken on the xbox's store and then click the "see all" button in the search results for it to show up. Either poor design or deception, or both. Thanks for friends in Discord
    and Charomid - who originally found it.
