used bad reedem code, can i remove it and use the right one ?

Thanks for reaching out to us in forums for this issue. In order for you to use your correct code for redemption, you'll first need to get the game license that is attached (from your redemption of the other code) to your account revoked. We here in the
forums do not have the tools to assist you with that so you'd need to contact Xbox Support directly for assistance.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Sorry I'm suggesting you do this on the Web page as apposed to the console, sorry for the confusion

So your account may be set up as a US account. SO STOP DON'T HURT THE XBOX simply go to My Account>Then on that page " Change my Region"> follow the steps to migrating you account to the UK and then in a while you should be able to us the Code. When you
set up this new MSA for you new xbox 360 account you may have incorrectly select US, instead of UK or you may not have set a region if this is an old MSA in which case it would have defaulted to US. I'm taking it you bought the code from a UK Game stop? If
the answer is yes I'm hoping this will work for you .
