Used a redeem code to pre order a game but saying it has already been redeemed please help

What kind of redeem code? Is it for a game? Where did you acquire it? Is it a gift card for store currency?

I tried to redeem my perk for the starter bundle in warframe and it says that the code has been redeemed but i still havent recieved anything in-game. Ive tried to redeem the code again but it says that its already been redeemed. Any help?

Hey everyone!

If you are receiving a message saying that your Fallout 3 code has already been redeemed, you can verify if you have already redeemed Fallout 3 by going to the Fallout
3 page on xbox.com while signed in with the account that pre-ordered Fallout 4. Click on "Buy Game" and it will show that you have already purchased Fallout 3 if you have already redeemed the code.
