Used a free month and lost my subscription of a year

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you have an issue with your subscription. Unfortunately, we here on the forums are unable to assist with this issue. We recommend to request a call from support and an agent will assist you in this matter.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

the free month should have used before the rest of you year subscription after that month it should go strait into using the year sub if that isn't the case call the contact Microsoft support

and lost subscription of what?

Xbox Live?

Game Pass?

Game Pass Ultimate?

Oh, so I might as well use my free months I got in games, even tho I have a Year subscription?
