    Used a 2 week trial gold code, doesn't work correctly.


    I just redeemed the code I got from Halo 4 yesterday and I got to play with a friend just perfectly last night, however for some reason on most of the games it says I am a silver member. Even on my profile.

    I tried using the 2 week code again. No luck. Says that I already used it, even though the affect isn't present.

    Code redemption appears successful, but Live is not activated

    Smwutches is correct. When a trial code is used it does not put your gamertag into a Gold status but only gives limited access to Gold features.

    Also, trial cards do not stack so when you added two different trial cards one has been used up and will no longer work for you. I'm not sure if it will be the 2 day or 2 week code that stuck with your account.

    Xbox live trial error

    I recently bought a Xbox one and with the Xbox came a code for a 2 week xbox live gold trial. I also received a 2 day trial with one of the games I bought. I used the 2 day trial first and it worked fine, but now that I wanted to redeem the 2 week trial
    the system says: "code not found". Is there any way to fix this?

    Used a 2 week trial gold code, doesn't work correctly.

    A two-week trial is a trial and therefore not a full membership, so it will give you access to certain things (eg online multiplayer) but won't, for instance, on the forums say you're a Gold member. As it's a trial, it also won't allow you to download the
    Game with Gold on offer at that time. It grants access to certain things, but not all.

    The 2 week trial codes are for new accounts. You cannot use them to extend or reactivate a Gold account.
    You can use them on any account that doesn't have an active gold subscription. It doesn't have to be a new account.

    How did you test the codes? The only way to know for sure if a code works is by redeeming them. If you had actually redeemed them all at the same time, they would have overwritten each other since trials do not stack.
