    Never was given keys for my coins used to purchase them

    I had 165 coins and used 100 of the coins to get keys which I never were put onto my account.

    Hello all,

    I am also having the problem with getting credit for my power bingos. Since I moved over to Windows 10, I did not get any keys for filling up my 100 keys bar in France. Been playing USA and have not received any progression on my keys bar. Tried uninstalling
    and signing out of Xbox Live acct. Nothing seems to work. Are we going to get any credit to our keys or coins that we have been using?

    You have to play the Powercard to get keys after goal is reached. May be better off adding 50 friends cos that's 100 keys you'd get daily

    You haven't stated which game the coins are for. Anyway, whichever game the coins are for, sometimes the coins do not get added to the game straight away, sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for the coins to be added. Wait up until the 72 hours are up, and if you still haven't had the coins, then contacting Xbox Support will be your only option to get this sorted. support.xbox.com/contact-us
