Use Xbox Live on two different consoles

I have two Xbox one consoles, one at my Father's house and one at my Mother's house. I have an active subscription to Live that I've purchased at my Mother's house. When I login to my account at my Father's house it tell me i need to subscribe.
How do i fix this? I'm using the same account at both homes and I'm not logged in on both at the same time.

You need to go to the Xbox you wont be using as your main and have that xbbox set as your Home console. If that doesnt work Try calling Xbox Support.

Please double check the membership is on your account by logging in to https://account.microsoft.com/services. If it is listed there then try deleting then redownloading
your gamertag on the console at your fathers house.

If it is not on your account then you'll need to find out which account the membership is listed on and set that as Home on the console at your fathers house. https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox

Signing into accounts that you are not the owner of can lead to permanent bans for account theft/fraud. Even if you are given permission by the account owner, you can be banned permanently.

You can only be signed into.an account in one location

Using his account is against.the terms of use

Using any account that isn't yours is against the rules

You use your own profile and as long as his home.xbox is set to yours you can use it until.he changes it
