    Ok greyson what region is your account German or

    USA if it is USA then your content will not work you need the usk version disk if it works with your console and a German account

    P4NCH0theD0G, I think the point that Mister Ohnaka was making is that because you have migrated your account from US to Germany it means the DLC is no longer valid. As your account is now on the German locale it means your account is trying to access the
    German Xbox Marketplace where you "don't own" the DLC instead of the USA one where you bought it.

    Also, the DLC may be region locked based on your IP. Some Publishers/Developers impose this (Treyarch and Capcom to name a couple) which would explain why your other USA account couldn't download either as your IP is German and the account American.

    a regular Xbox One console (or Xbox 360 console) will need a proper power supply that meet the requirements for the specific power specifications used.

    For example Germany uses 230 volts, while US use 110. Which is most likely why the console doesn't work.

    If it's an Xbox One S or Xbox One X, they have an internal power supply which as far as I know should work in any region.

    Pscyhonauts NO REFUND even though content was removed from server!

    I live in germany(never been to the USA)

    German support tried to help me and couldnt(the USA refused to refund me or give me another download cause the content was removed) and gave me an email address in the USA (sup2)

    I wrote to this address what they gave me and NO reply!

    https://live.xbox.com/Account/BillingAccountInformation     and check in which country your account is. If your country says USA, then the easiest option would be as EXLEX describes to create a new free Microsoft Account with your German postal address.

    Then either register your console on that German account, and try to create a service request via that account, or sign into that newly created German account and contact the German support via Chat or Phone at
