AM TRIED FROM MY CONSOLE AND THE SITE AND ALWAYS GET THIS MESSAGE
ANYONE HAVE THIS PROBLEM ?

Hello Demurest,

Can you verify that the website's region (you can see this in the bottom left of the page) matches your account region and physical location? For example, if you're in one country and the website has defaulted to United States (which can happen) this might
block the purchase and produce this error.

If it does say a different region, click the country name and change it to the correct one and then try again.
