Use A Different Way To Pay Error?

So for the holidays I recieved a 50$ Visa Pre Paid Card, I had 30$ on hand in my account and added 17$ to purchase Halo 5 : Guardians. The next day with my remaining 33$ I wanted to purchase Watch_Dogs as I remember playing it on the 360 and having a blast
I wanted to play it again but for Xone, so I go and click buy for $29.99 and it says select payment, I choose the visa, and it then tells me "Use a different way to pay" and so I try again and again, nothing happens, Finally I go to google this problem and
all I see is a bunch of people asking about the problem but no answer or response, remember its a pre paid card, theres nothing wrong with the bank, although maybe it has a lock thing, like I can only use it once every x amount of hours blah blah blah, but
still I dont know what to do, xbox wont take my money ;/

Very very displeased with the way everything has worked out with my xbox one purchase. Everything has been such as a hassle. from retrieving my gamertag because my old email is no longer valid, to now not being able to buy something from your store because
i live in guam and there is no way to input this on the payment methods. Everyone at microsoft needs to start focusing on the nutz and boltz of these systems and not the cool "face and voice recognition software". What does all that matter if i cant even play
a game on the device i bought to play games on!!!!
