Use a code but the download didn't started

Hello! I bought the Gears Of War 4 console special edition and I used the code but the download didn't started. When I put again the code, appear a message telling me that the code is already used... how I can do now to see the game and make the download?

I try to download the update but it didn't go through.its been 2 years since I didn't use my XBox.Status code 3CD6-0000-0080-0300-8007-000F.

You should be able to view your purchased content via the Store, under the game title, and install from there if you need to.

once it is powered back up, the download will resume as long as you didn't cancel the download. but once you use a code, it is tied to that gamer tag, so you can throw the code away after you use it.

if the download was canceled, just go into games area of the store, find Forza or whatever other games you used a code for, and it should give you the option of install instead of purchase, hit install to start the download again.

Perhaps it didn't start downloading for you. Press the guide button and scroll all the way to the left. Choose Active Downloads.

If your downloads are there you can start them up using the A button.
