USB Microphones & Xbox Customer Service.

So I purchased several expensive microphones, like the Blues and Rodes and figured out they don't work with xbox the hard way. Which lead me here to figure it out.

This is more of a complaint more than a request for help at this point.

Why would Microsoft not make utilizing a Microphone easy? What issue do they have with people using microphones? Are you telling me it's the year 2023 and Microsoft can't figure this out? And I'm sorry but "waiting a few years for the next counsel to come out" just to see if they enabled microphones just isn't a valid excuse unless their willing to refund me the $600 I paid for the new X.

Microsoft needs to fix this. No more excuses.

Which leads me to my second complaint.

Why can't I send my complaints or problems to Microsoft directly?

Why are we forced to talk to 'gaming community representatives".

You people DONT EVEN WORK FOR MICROSOFT. I might as well complain to a Best Buy sales rep because I'll get the same kind of worthless advice.

It really Chapps my butt Microsoft has NO REAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT and that's pretty sad!

Compatible with xbox

They don't have an issue you just.not buying the correct ones

It's.better then non security.and guess.before you buy devices

All.xbox compatible.accessories say compatible.with xbox

Same with sony

If you.want to. Hit.and miss.read the label before you buy

WHen you buy a Microphone they clearly state what they are compatible with and what drivers they use

If.it.doesn't work.why not ask the manufacturer for a list.of compatible devices for your xbox

Not all USB microphones works on Xbox, you may need to search for compatible microphones

The Xbox One does not support USB microphones. Your best bet is to use a headset for Xbox One, and if you still want to use the USB microphone, connect that to your computer.

The Xbox One does not support USB Microphones. You could just use a headset for talking while streaming your games or stream using your PC, and use a USB microphone on there instead.
