    from WD. Work on series x? There customer support doesnt know. They are usb 3 but im unsure if the transfer speed or the conection type on hd, maybe a factor with it not working?

    I know they can be used for storage for all games, but series x will not run off them directly . You will haft to transfer the games back. To the internal storage.

    Please forget about games. This is s physical connection issue I am enquiring about.

    I know USB 3 is a blue connection.. I have been involved with computers with for last 30 years.

    The connection i am referring to, is on the drive its self. The out put connector wire that you connect your data cable to.

    Your cable than connects. To series x via USB 3.

    Again, its a question related to output wire that connects the device to the cable.

    My question is regarding that.

    For Xbox one and bc titles you can run them off of it.

    For next-gen games then only for storage not running

    You will have to swap them out to internal or storage cards why didn't you get any prime day

    it depends on the model. Typically blue color in the USB connector indicates 3.0, but its notguaranteed
